Who:   SMs/ASMs, Webelos Den Leaders, and Committee members

When: 24 - 26 October 2008 as follows:
· Cub Den Leaders should sign up for BALLOO on Saturday.  Classes will run all day, some combined with Webelos DLS and some separately

· Webelos Leaders should sign up for WELOT and camp over Saturday night.  You will be mixed into a Patrol with the SM / ASM students.  Welcome on Friday evening!

· SM / ASM / Troop Leaders should sign up for IOLS and plan to stay for the entire weekend.  You will be camping and cooking by Patrols in your own campsites.

Where: Camp Michaels; camping on the Gilwell Field
How:   Position - Specific training will be presented in separate sessions.  You will be in classes with your peers in Scouting that are appropriate for your needs.
Costs: Have been set at $25 across Dan Beard Council; please register using the DoubleKnot system from the Calendar under Training or at :

These training sessions are intended to support all adult leaders in their registered positions by presenting classes designed precisely for their Scouting activities by the BSA's National Training Committee.  They have been carefully crafted to help you offer the best that we have to your boys, whether they're Second class Scouts working hard on advancement, or seasoned campaigners heading for a 25-mile weekend trek in the Smokies.
